Contech offers end-to-end services ranging from architectural consultation in formulating plan and design for the house/ building, structural design, supervision & management of construction, interior designing, exterior landscaping etc. At Contech, the customer can opt services either on custom basis or on turnkey basis. The Contech journey of excellence has primarily been scripted on its client-focused approach. The process at Contech begins with understanding the requirements of the client and connecting it rightly into architectural aesthetics, engineering principles and the environment and ecological equilibrium.
Mr. Mohammed Riyaz founded the firm by passion than his profession. He was greatly inspired from childhood by his father Er. Abdul Muthalib who
is an Alumni of Govt. Engineering College, Thrissur, 1962 Batch of Civil Engineering.
Pursuing his passion, Mohammed Riyas graduated from Bangalore University and started Contech in 1998 to fulfil his dream. He envisions improving the lives of people with
his Architectural skills blending with ecological equilibrium.
The skilled and collaborative team of Contech headed by Mr Mohammad Riyas consists of experts from all key disciplines of Architecture, Civil, Structural Engineering,
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Engineering), Interior designing, 3D Visualising etc.
